This website presents VELURA’s services and indicative package pricing. Content is provided for general information and does not by itself create a client agreement.
Proposals and scope
Each project begins with a written proposal confirming the scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms, and client responsibilities. That proposal takes precedence if it differs from information on this website.
Pricing
Website packages are one-time project fees: Essential CHF 1'990, Signature CHF 4'990 and Black Label from CHF 9'000. Essential and Signature projects are billed 50% at project confirmation and 50% before publication; Black Label projects are billed 40% at commencement, 30% at design approval and 30% before launch. Prices are stated in CHF and any applicable Swiss VAT is specified in the proposal. The agreed proposal confirms the exact scope and payment terms before work begins.
Delivery targets
Most focused business websites target 2 to 4 weeks. Timing depends on project scope, timely delivery of content, client feedback, third party services, and agreed revisions. These are targets rather than guaranteed completion dates unless confirmed in writing.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any text, logos, images, trademarks, or other materials supplied for a project.
Third party services
Domains, hosting, booking systems, maps, messaging services, and other third party tools may have separate terms, fees, availability, and privacy practices.
Care service
VELURA Care is an optional monthly subscription at CHF 149 per month. It includes basic availability monitoring, periodic technical checks, backups where supported by the hosting platform, compatible technical updates, bug fixes for issues attributable to the delivered website, up to 30 minutes per month for minor content changes, and email support during business days. The 30-minute allowance does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, major content work and new features are excluded. Hosting, domains and third-party licenses are included only if explicitly stated in the proposal.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as VELURA’s services evolve. Project specific signed or accepted agreements remain controlling for those projects.
